Are you passionate about storytelling, cybersecurity, and creating impactful learning experiences? The Cyber Simulations Project Manager role at Cytactic is an exciting opportunity to revolutionize how organizations prepare for cyber crises. This position focuses on developing cutting-edge tabletop exercises (TTX) and immersive simulations tailored to senior executives, enhancing their crisis management capabilities. Reporting to the Cytactic Simulation Product Manager, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, execute, and refine these transformative experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Simulation Project Management: Lead the development of a comprehensive tabletop exercise for senior executives, managing every stage from initial concept to final delivery.
• Platform Integration: Design and deliver immersive simulations directly on the Cytactic platform, moving beyond traditional slide decks concept, to creating engaging and interactive experiences.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with professionals across various fields, including designers, creatives, and technical experts, to bring simulations and other training solutions to life.
• Scenario Development: Transform real life events to compelling, realistic stories that integrate technical and cybersecurity concepts to educate and challenge participants.
• Customer tailoring: Collaborate with Cytactic customers to tailor simulations and digital training sessions to their specific expectations, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and value impact.
• Continuous Improvement: Update and refine existing simulations and materials based on customer feedback, evolving trends, and strategic objectives.
• Innovation and Creativity: Contribute out of the box thinking and creative solutions to enhance the effectiveness and appeal of all outbound initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Law, Business, Psychology, Information Technology, or a related field. Multidisciplinary background is an advantage.
• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and trends. 
• TTX experience: Previous experience in designing TTX, cyber crisis simulation, cybersecurity exercises are major advantages.
• Storytelling and Teaching Skills: Proven experience in creating engaging educational content, with a knack for explaining complex ideas simply and effectively.
• Collaboration and Communication: Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and senior stakeholders.
• Teamwork and Flexibility: Collaborative mindset, adaptability, and a passion for learning and innovation.
• Advantage: A background in graphic design, creative roles, and/or experience with digital adoption tools is also an advantage.
