Accountant/Controller - Turkish Speaker for a Global Company in Herzliya

Job Description:

Full responsibility for managing accounting and bookkeeping for the company, including preparing financial reports, budgets, analyses, and regular reporting to management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hybrid work model – Israel and Turkey.
• Preparation of monthly and annual financial reports.
• Monitoring revenues, expenses, and bookkeeping processes.
• Close collaboration with management in Israel and Turkey.

Job Requirements:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with 3-5 years of experience.
• Native-level Turkish proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Ability to travel to Turkey (Israeli Arab, foreign citizenship, or Turkish citizenship) – Must.
• In-depth knowledge of financial reporting and preparation of financial statements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel skills).
• Strong analytical and data analysis skills.
• Responsibility, organizational skills, and management capabilities.
