AI Engineer Operations & Automation

We are seeking a skilled AI Operator to lead Fiverr's transformation into an AI-first company.

This role focuses on converting manual processes into scalable, automated workflows using advanced AI tools. We value ability, creativity, and results.

WHAT AM I GOING TO DO?

Utilize OpenAI APIs For

• Function calling to automate complex workflows.
• Image analysis to extract actionable insights and create innovative solutions.
• Text generation to craft impactful, high-quality content.
• Design and develop interactive, user-friendly tools and dashboards using platforms like Streamlit or similar alternatives to enhance productivity and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Using Python and large language models (LLMs), identify and analyze manual workflows to transform them into efficient, scalable automation solutions.
• Deploy and scale AI-driven systems effectively on AWS, ensuring reliability and performance.
• Quickly adapt to and integrate internal tools and systems, ensuring seamless alignment of automation workflows with business objectives.
• Manage projects independently, from concept to completion, including requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, and delivery.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in Backend development with a focus on designing and implementing complex and scalable systems.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in AI development, process automation, or a similar role.
• Strong programming skills in Python for automation and AI tool integration.
• Experience in leveraging tools like Claude and ChatGPT for development, problem-solving, and optimization tasks.
• Practical knowledge of data handling and preprocessing techniques, along with database systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) for integrating and managing data pipelines.
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git for collaborative development.
• Basic knowledge of front-end frameworks (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts and solutions to stakeholders.
• A portfolio or case studies showcasing past projects in automation, AI applications, or workflow optimization.
