Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company’s global objectives. Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting across all regions of operation. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in all jurisdictions where the company

operates. Provide strategic financial guidance to the executive team to support business growth

and profitability. Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions on a global

scale. Lead risk management efforts, including assessment and mitigation of financial risks. Monitor and improve financial performance by analyzing results and implementing

necessary actions. Supervise global financial operations, including accounting, reporting, and treasury

functions.

Requirements

Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role within the Forex industry.

Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements for Forex companies. Global experience managing financial operations across multiple countries and regions. Exceptional leadership, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to operate effectively in a large, complex, and fast-paced organization. Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CPA or CFA certification is

an advantage.
