About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Trading Room Officer to join our team. This role provides amazing opportunities for growth and advancement in the crypto and trading industry. This is a critical role of monitoring our 24/7 trading operations and ensuring smooth market activities. If you’re passionate about crypto and trading, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

**This is a full-time position, 5 days a week, based on 8 hour rotating shifts, including nights and weekends**

Key Responsibilities:

• Live monitoring of trading systems to ensure smooth operations.
• Checking and interpreting market conditions and escalating significant events.
• Engaging with clients and delivering timely updates during non-business hours.
• Preparing detailed automated market and system performance reports.
• Gaining foundational industry knowledge with opportunities to grow into advanced roles.

Required Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience or equivalent knowledge in cryptocurrency or trading in financial markets.
• Availability for at least 5 shifts per week, including nights and weekends.
• Self learning skills and passion to learn and grow.
• Time management skills and strong attention to details.
• Proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field - an advantage.
• A crypto enthusiast who is eager to grow with us!
