Director of Product Management

We are looking for a Director of Product Management to join us on our path to success!

In this role you can expect to:

• You will lead, create and launch market-leading healthcare product, aimed at all types of homes and families and delivering great user experience and clinical value
• Explore new clinical use cases, and impact how healthcare is being delivered
• Work closely with other team members, designers, marketing, customer success, BI analysts and R&D
• Be part of an agile development team, and lead the work on user experience and product requirements, throughout the product life cycle
• Design complex features, implemented on mobile and web-based applications
• Analyze usage and engagement, collect feedback from customer success, from clinicians and from users, utilize leading behavioral models to plan and design features and user experience

You may be a good fit for our team if you have:

• 5+ years of Product Management roles (inbound & outbound), in the healthcare industry – a must
• Experience in managing consumer-facing (B2C) web & mobile apps product
• Strong analytical skills and technical understanding
• Experience with Agile development and methodologies
• User experience and usability skills and the ability to craft user journeys - advantage
• Working-in-a-team spirit, cooperating and helping other team members
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• BS or BA Degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
