Looking for a Legal Operations Manager with a strong Legal background (or, alternatively, a lawyer who is keen to do operations as well). They will join the Operations team to lead various internal legal efforts and tasks alongside operations processes and policies. The position requires a broad understanding of legal aspects with the ability to work with many stakeholders, including senior management.

Responsibilities:

• Hands on legal work in various legal fields: hi-tech, commercial, labor, digital assets regulation and compliance, litigation, etc. in multiple jurisdictions.
• Engaging outside legal councils in multiple jurisdictions.
• Drafting and enforcing company policies in various matters.
• Developing banking solutions.
• Guaranteeing company's insurance coverage and solutions.
• Advancing the company's ability to monitor progress and company-wide tasks and projects.
  
  

• An Israeli lawyer of around 4-5 years with experience in tech or commercial commercial departments in big law or part of an in-house legal team. Experience in other legal fields (from those mentioned above) or jurisdictions is an advantage.
• Ability to multitask and cope with changing situations.
• Work directly with many stakeholders, including senior management.
• Working under pressure with deadlines.
• People's person.
• Desire to do both legal work and operations.
• Managed projects (of any kind).
• Willing and enjoying both hands on and oversight.
• Resourcefulness - leading tasks and projects from scratch without precise direction.
• Enthusiast about technology.
• Familiarity or experience with blockchain - a substantial advantage.
• Experience with Monday - an advantage.
• Fluent in English
• Bachelor's Degree in Law
