What we’re looking for:

We are seeking a skilled and innovative data scientist with deep expertise in machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch, and strong programming skills in Python. You should have experience building scalable AI/ML architectures, optimizing models, and generating synthetic data for model training. The ideal candidate can solve complex problems with a data-driven approach and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. What you will do:

• Serve as the primary engineering expert within a cross-functional team of product managers and engineers, driving the team to deliver cutting-edge AI pipelines and services that meet production standards.
• Ensure AI/ML architectures are designed for scalability, reliability, and optimal performance.
• Address and solve complex challenges in the integration and implementation of AI/ML solutions.
• Experiment with and evaluate new machine learning models, optimizing them for performance and suitability in production environments.
• Collect, curate, and preprocess datasets, and generate synthetic data where needed to enhance model training and evaluation.
• Stay ahead of the curve by continuously updating your knowledge of the latest AI trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Machine Learning and AI frameworks: Strong understanding of tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Transformers
• Data engineering expertise: Experience in collecting, preprocessing, and cleaning data, as well as working with large datasets.
• Model evaluation and experimentation: Ability to fine-tune and optimize models, as well as evaluate model performance and outcomes.
• Programming skills: Expertise in Python as well as familiarity with SQL and possibly cloud technologies like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Experience with AI/ML pipelines: Knowledge of how to build, deploy, and maintain scalable AI/ML systems.
• Scalability and optimization: Focus on improving the reliability, efficiency, and performance of AI architectures.
• Familiarity with synthetic data generation: Experience in creating synthetic datasets to simulate real-world conditions for model training.
