Aerospace Simulation Team Lead

For our simulation development team, we are looking for team leader- an expert and experienced aerospace engineer who can lead our team to new heights!

The simulation team combines software development, hardware RT embedded, and aerospace engineering. All working together to develop flight simulation products and provide profound analysis and operational research for cyber projects.

We specialize in system modelling, algorithm development, virtualization, and developing complex simulations of embedded systems. The team is part of an experienced multidisciplinary and dynamic research group, doing the unbelievable, daily.

As a simulation team lead, you will:

• Collaborate with software and hardware developers to design and implement complex closed-loop SIL and HIL 6DOF simulations.
• Lead the research of complex systems to create physical models and guide cyber projects by providing clients with profound analysis and operational research.
• Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team, driving success through collaboration, innovation, and professional development.
• Provide guidance and vision to the design of new methods, algorithms and tools.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in research, or development of 6DOF flight simulations
• BSc in Aerospace Engineering
• Experience with Python and familiarity with C/C++
• Proven experience as team leader or team coordination
• Highly creative and motivated individual

Advantages:
