Senior Bookkeeper

A successful company providing financial services to global high-tech companies in the Sharon area is seeking a Head of the Bookkeeping Department.

Responsibilities:

• Managing a team of experienced bookkeepers, including 2 team leaders.
• Optimizing the bookkeeping department's operations.
• Resolving professional issues raised by the team or team leaders.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction with the bookkeeping services provided.
• Evaluating new technological tools or improving existing ones to maintain efficiency.
• Strategic client management (one-third of the role).
• Business development (starting after 6–12 months).
• Joining the company's executive team (starting after 6–12 months).

• Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship management skills.
• High service orientation and mental flexibility.
• A proactive approach with problem-solving abilities, maintaining a positive and creative attitude.

Technical Skills and Experience:

• Excellent command of Excel.
• High level of English, both written and spoken.
• Deep familiarity with ERP systems, with a preference for Priority and NetSuite.
• Certified Bookkeeper (Level 3 certificate – mandatory).
• At least 3 years of managerial experience leading bookkeeping teams.
