• Manage all R&D aspects of projects from kickoff to delivery
• Define system architecture and oversee development processes
• Collaborate with global partners and strategic stakeholders
• Lead technology integration with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and infrastructure companies

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

• BSc. in Electrical/Electronics Engineering (mandatory)
• 8-10+ years of experience in R&D project management in multidisciplinary environments
• Expertise in system integration, project schedules, and technical strategies
• Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage
