Java Software Engineer

A high-tech cybersecurity company is developing a real-time fraud detection product used by financial institutions and organizations such as banks and eCommerce companies. The goal is to identify unauthorized users of payment details.

The company is a well-known name in the field of information security.

Located in Herzliya, the company operates in a hybrid work model, allowing three work-from-home days. It has 330 employees globally, 130 of whom are based in Israel.

The role is part of a team reporting to a Team Lead.

Tech stack: Java, Spring, Hibernate, Linux, Git, Jenkins, Azure.

Requirements

• BE/BTech/MCA/Equivalent degree in Computer Science or a related technical field from an accredited university or college
• 2 years hands on experience with Java
• Spring and Hibernate
• Linux environment
• Experience with modern source control tools (Git, GitHub)
• SQL or Oracle
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes (Jenkins)
• Develop Best Practices for Database Design and development activities.
• Well versed with Software Development Life Cycle and Agile / SAFE Software Development
• Responsible for POC as required.
