Description
We are looking for a smart and results-driven business leader of Retention to join our fast-growing company, in our main-revenue-driving unit- the catalog. As the BO of Retention, you will define and develop Fiverr’s retention strategy and roadmap and drive new initiatives that maximize engagement and increase customers' lifetime value. In addition, you will define & lead activities around customer segmentation, design behavioral triggers, provide post-activities analysis, guide retention through new product changes, and define the company’s strategy to impact customer behavior, retention, and lifetime value.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying high-potential cohorts based on a deep understanding of the business, developing insights into user behavior, driving fast test-and-learn cycles to validate those insights, and partnering with product teams to scale successful strategies across different funnels and customer segments. Your success will be determined by your ability to impact retention metrics across the organization and execute plans and programs to keep growing those areas.
The position is a temporary replacement for maternity leave.
WHAT AM I GOING TO DO?
- Take full ownership of company-wide retention KPIs, driving them upwards, tracking progress weekly, and guiding the organization on areas of focus to improve retention.
- Initiate projects/ products that will have a major impact on retention, secure resources to execute them and work with cross functional teams to launch them successfully and push them until the targets are met.
- Create and implement retention strategies across multiple channels to boost buyer lifecycle, revenue growth, and engagement.
- Leverage data to understand cohorts’ behavior, identify areas of opportunity, and execute projects. Understand and define buyers’ personas needs and insights to drive impactful product initiatives.
- Cultivate strong relationships with directors across business units to drive impactful programs to impact customers’ retention.
- 7+ years of business management with a proven track record of initiating and executing impactful product/ business initiatives, and/or running P&L and business units.
- Proven experience in driving retention uplift. Experience in retention from e-commerce or online services and/or experience with SMBs as a main customer segment is an advantage.
- Strong data analysis skills and ability to focus sharply on driving incremental value.
- A creative mind who is able to blend behavioral data and a deep understanding of user needs through qualitative insights to formulate assumptions.
- An owner with the ability to take projects from a to z, and cares about creating actual value to the organization and our users.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills. skills and knowing how to communicate insights and ideas
- Experience analyzing, interpreting, and leveraging cohort-level data to make business decisions.
- BS or MS in Business or related quantitative fields is an advantage.
