As our Marketing Manager, you'll own our entire marketing function and play a crucial role in Dono's growth story. You'll work directly with our COO to build and execute our marketing strategy from the ground up.

What You'll Do

• Drive our product marketing and sales enablement efforts, creating compelling materials that showcase our value proposition
• Build and manage our content strategy across web, social, and industry channels
• Own our brand voice and positioning in the market
• Develop thought leadership content that establishes Dono's expertise
• Create and manage our PR and external communications strategy
• Lead our event marketing initiatives and conference presence
• Build and execute targeted campaigns for our B2B audience

What you Bring

• 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience, with focus on product marketing
• Proven track record in early-stage startup environments
• Strong product storytelling and messaging capabilities
• Experience building marketing functions from scratch
• Data-driven approach and growth hacking mindset
• Self-starter mentality with excellent prioritization skills
• Fluency in English (written and verbal)

Bonus Points For

• Experience marketing technical products to traditional industries
• Background in PropTech or FinTech
• Event marketing experience
