Role Description: Housekeeping & Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a Housekeeping & Maintenance Supervisor who is passionate about the hospitality and tourism industry. This part-time, on-site role is based in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest standards across our luxury properties by:

• Inspecting and ensuring top-quality cleaning
• Overseeing property maintenance and addressing issues promptly
• Delivering excellent customer service
• Ensuring guest satisfaction through timely issue resolution
• Adapting to last-minute changes and urgent requests with a proactive approach
• Maintaining smooth communication with cleaners, maintenance staff, and management.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory skills, organizational skills and an excellent eye for detail
• Strong customer service and communication abilities
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry (advantageous)
• Fluency in English is a must; Hebrew and other languages are a plus
