System Analyst

Systems Analyst Position

We're a leading SaaS messaging platform seeking an experienced Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team at our Rishon Lezion west office.

Role Overview

As our Systems Analyst, you'll be instrumental in shaping our product's evolution through requirement analysis, system design, and implementation planning. You'll work closely with our development teams to deliver robust solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Core Responsibilities

- Drive product requirement analysis and feature specification

- Evaluate system capabilities and identify optimization opportunities

- Create comprehensive technical and functional design documentation, including high-level and detailed design and flowcharts

- Collaborate with development, integration, and QA teams

- Participate in system deployment and release management

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Management, or Information Systems Management

- 5+ years of experience analyzing information systems, with specific focus on SaaS platforms

- Understanding of software development principles and system architecture

- Basic programming knowledge

- Strong background in technical specification writing

- Experience in business-technology interface management

- Proficient in SQL and data analysis

- Clear written communication for documentation and specifications

Preferred Qualifications

- Business management acumen and analytical mindset

- Project management certifications

- Experience with XML, JSON, and RESTful interfaces

- Knowledge of digital communication systems and processes

- Software testing experience
