The Agent group is responsible for building our VPN and Internet Secuirty on device application. As a team leader, you will lead a team of software engineers on a mission to solve technological challenges and write scalable, robust, testable, efficient, and easily maintainable code that are part of our solution.

This position is located in Tel Aviv (hybrid work model).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of software engineers from diverse technical backgrounds.
• Own feature development, task tracking, and deadline management.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and customers to address complex problems and develop innovative features.
• Drive the creation of robust, various scalable solutions for Agent applications.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
  
  

• 5+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead, inspire, and motivate a team of talented developers.
• Expertise in modern programming languages (e.g., Swift, C++ or GO).
• Familiarity with shared modules development and integration (C/C++).
• Experience in an Agile development environment.
• Proficiency in component and unit testing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and drive innovation.
