We are seeking an experienced Account Management Team Leader for the EMEA region to join our Harmony SASE Account Management Team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building and nurturing client relationships, driving team performance, and implementing strategic account management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of 3-4 account managers, setting clear targets and expectations for performance.
- Develop and implement department-wide strategies to drive revenue, improve customer satisfaction, and increase efficiency.
- Analyze team performance metrics and implement improvement initiatives to achieve retention and growth targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product, to ensure aligned goals and strategies.
- Handle escalated client issues and build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- 4+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
- Excellent leadership and people management capabilities, with strong coaching and mentoring skills.
- Bachelor's degree in business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and business intelligence platforms, with Salesforce experience, is considered an asset.
- Fluent in English, with additional European languages being advantageous.
- Strong background in Cybersecurity, SaaS or similar product environments.
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Adaptable and eager to learn new technologies and industry trends.
