We are looking for a cyber security engineer with technical skills who will join our growing security group and be responsible for operations of the company's security infrastructure.

What you’ll do as a cyber security engineer:

• Manage various IT security control systems such as CSPM, Identity Management, vulnerability managers, firewalls, etc. (from the security side, we're not looking for a network admin to manage the firewall rules)
• Collaborate with other IT teams to design and implement security architectures for new and existing systems, ensuring security best practices are integrated.
• Conduct regular assessments of the organization's security posture, identifying vulnerabilities and risks in systems/applications and coordinate remediation efforts with relevant teams.
• Work closely with other IT teams, including network engineers and application developers, to ensure security measures are integrated throughout the IT lifecycle.
• Develop and automate processes to improve security and efficiency.
• Stay updated on the latest security trends, threats, and technologies, and recommend improvements to the organization's security posture.

What you will need:

• 3+ years of experience as an information security engineer in a medium/large size organization.
• 2+ years of experience with cloud provider ecosystems, like AWS, GCP, OCI And CSPM solutions.
• Experience with a broad range of security technologies like NGFW, WAF, Mail security, Endpoint Security, DDOS Protection, etc.
• Experience in either Linux, Windows and Mac operating systems and their ecosystems.
• An understanding of LAN/WAN technologies including network switching, Firewall/Security group administration and basic IP routing.
• Strong communication skills and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.

Advantages:

• Scripting with languages like Python/PowerShell.
• Experience with Torq automation system.
