What You’ll Do:

As the Director of Finance, you will be a hands-on financial leader responsible for:

• Accounting Oversight: Managing all accounting functions, including salaries, expenses, and day-to-day financial transactions.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Participating in budgeting processes and collaborating closely with the VP of Operations and Finance to oversee forecasting and planning.
• Reporting & Compliance: Taking charge of financial reporting and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Strategic Financial Management: Working on optimizing financial revenue streams and driving strategic initiatives, including the implementation of NetSuite.
• Collaboration: Engaging with various departments to align financial strategies with operational goals and working directly with the VP of Operations on financial insights.
  
  

• Experience: You bring a minimum of 5 years in controller or senior finance leadership roles, preferably within SaaS, fintech, or startup environments post-Series A.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong FP&A expertise.
• Proficiency with NetSuite, HubSpot, and advanced Excel capabilities.
• Excellent analytical skills to drive financial decision-making.

• Leadership: You are proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to take a hands-on approach. While you may not initially manage a large internal team (as we'll leverage outsourced support), your leadership and vision will guide our financial strategy and implementation.
