QA Team Leader

Leverate is a vibrant Hi-Tech Company specializing in the B2B financial services industry and located in Ramat Gan. As a leader in our field, we empower businesses with seamless technology, ensuring reliability, scalability, and top-tier user experiences.

We are seeking a QA Team Leader to manage our QA team and ensure the delivery of high-quality products that meet our rigorous standards. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring expertise in QA methodologies, team management, and a passion for quality-driven development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of QA engineers, fostering growth and excellence.
• Quality Strategy: Define, implement, and manage QA processes, standards, and best practices to ensure product reliability and performance.
• Test Management: Oversee the planning, design, and execution of manual and automated test cases, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure requirements are met and quality standards are upheld.
• Automation Focus: Drive test automation initiatives, identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and coverage through automation tools and frameworks.
• Problem Solving: Investigate and resolve issues, conduct root cause analyses, and recommend corrective actions.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates on QA metrics, testing progress, and product quality to stakeholders.
  
  

• Proven experience (5+ years) in software QA, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes, including manual and automated testing.
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in the fintech or B2B SaaS industry is a strong advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
