Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and high performance.
• Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for our gaming portfolio, aligning with company goals and player needs.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including game design, development, marketing, and analytics, to deliver innovative and engaging gaming experiences.
• Analyze market trends, player behavior, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Monitor product performance through key metrics, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making and optimize game features and mechanics.
• Conceptualize, design, and prioritize game features that align with the game’s vision and business objectives.
• Communicate product vision and updates to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (4+ years) in product management in the gaming or interactive entertainment industry
• Experience leading and mentoring teams, (product teams an advantage)
• Strong understanding of game development processes, models, and live operations (LiveOps).
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across disciplines.
• Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of player motivations and behaviors.
• Familiarity with live ops, monetization strategies, and free-to-play game mechanics is a plus.
• Experience with tools like Jira, Trello, Monday, or similar project management software.
• Experience working on mobile or free-to-play games
