As our Bookkeeper, you'll be responsible for managing financial transactions, recording invoices, reconciling accounts, and forecasting cash flow. You'll also assist the finance team with ongoing projects and employee reimbursement processes both domestically and abroad.

Requirements:

Your mission will be:

• Manage A/P processes, including account opening, invoicing, payment execution, and accounts reconciliation
• Handle the employee reimbursement process both domestically and abroad
• Conduct bank and credit card reconciliations
• Prepare cash flow reports and forecasts
• Provide ongoing assistance to the finance team on various projects
  
  

• Certified Bookkeeper (Type 2) & at least 1 years of bookkeeping experience – Must
• Experience in Priority - Must
• Experience in TAS, DOKKA- an advantage
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
