What's Guardio?

Guardio is a B2C cybersecurity startup offering security and privacy solutions directly to consumers - regular people, not corporate companies. We develop products you’d want for yourself, your parents, family, and friends. Our goal is to protect real people from cyber problems and crime. We try and avoid buzzwords, but sometimes those keywords are necessary: we help our customers avoid and combat the modern world’s security threats, like phishing, financial scams, malware, browser hijacking, identity theft, data leaks, and a whole lot more. Guardio is a relatively small company (we just passed 80 people) on a rapid growth path, and we’re looking for core team members to join our team. We already have well over a million registered customers, and plenty of new products and features in the pipeline.

So, what's the job?

We are looking for an experienced Product Designer to join our Design team, with great UX skills and a keen eye for Design.

You will:

• Brainstorm and design new features, taking concepts from ideation to production
• Work across all Guardio's product areas: Desktop & Mobile Dashboard, Funnels and Mobile App
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, writers, and the Growth team, to develop a smooth user experience
• Run and learn from A/B tests, giving yourself opportunities to take chances and try new concepts
• Be part of Guardio’s Design team, which includes Product Designers and Brand Marketing Designers. As well as your work, you’ll be involved in creating methodologies and best practices for the Design team as a whole

Sounds great! Am I the right fit?

Well, you have a good chance of being that person if you check as many of these as possible:

• 3+ years working as a UX/UI Product Designer, B2C or SaaS, within a product team
• You understand the product lifecycle, from research to wireframes, design and hand-off
• You know how to think about the big picture, how to plan, and how to multi-task
• You’re highly proficient in Figma - Must
• Extra points for working on or building a Design System
• You know how to problem-solve and present creative, pixel-perfect solutions
• You’re great at communicating and collaborating with all disciplines and teams
• You also have a good sense of business strategy and understand the importance of KPIs
