DevOps Engineer

Role Description:

As a DevOps Engineer in Kupat Tel-Aviv Technology you will closely work with a talented and experienced programmers, testers and designers. You will be part of a Scrum team functioning and working in an agile environment. You will actively participate inincremental delivery of software, working with your team members and the Product Manager to deliver best value to the business and our customers. At Kupat Tel-Aviv Technology we work in a friendly and informal atmosphere where you have to deliver, but where your teammates are at your side to help you when necessary, not to compete with you. In this role you will be responsible to all enviromets (DEV, UAT, STG, PROD), Monitring and Alerting systems, Orchestration and CI\CD, Logging and dashbaords for the DEV team, operations and bussiness. You will have an option to take part in descisions and impacting our architecture and tech stack.

We are looking for someone who is fearless working under pressure troubleshooting issues in our Production environments. You should have a desire to solve problems with automation, writing code and integrating tools. We want someone with a vision, who takes initiative, who is responsible and is courteous. We want you if you have the scars and the humor of working in an intense 24/7 production environment.

A must -

At least 8-12 years' experience in a DevOps position

4-6 Experience in IT operations position

Experience in automating operations and development (Ruby, Python, bash, Perl, PowerShell)

Linux experience (CentOs, Ubuntu)

Orchestration and CI\CD processes and technologies (Jenkins, TeamCity, Nexus, Artifacts)

Monitoring, Alerting and Logging tools (ELK, Zabbix, Grafana, and others)

Expertise on AWS Cloud environment and services

Configuration Management (Ansible, Terraform)

Experience with DB platforms such as MySQL, Redis, MongoDB (Installation and configuration, Performance Tuning, Monitoring)

Experience w/ WAF Systems (Cloudflare)

Experience in a high scalability, high load environments

An advantage -

Experience with other Cloud Services (GCP, Azure)

Familiarity with network devices, load balancing (HAProxy), SAN, NAS

Experience integrating various 3rd party solutions into internal operations and development process
