QA Automation Lead

As the QA Automation Lead at Elsight, you will take full ownership of the QA domain, leading it end-to-‎end with a hands-on, proactive approach. You’ll design and implement robust automation frameworks ‎to ensure the quality and reliability of our cutting-edge communication solutions. We’re seeking ‎someone with a strong background in QA automation and a passion for process optimization—a big-‎picture thinker who thrives on diving into the details and driving excellence independently. While this ‎role does not involve managing people, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and directly ‎impact on our industry-leading products.‎

Key Responsibilities

• Lead QA Automation Strategy: Define, implement, and oversee the QA automation roadmap ‎aligned with our product and engineering goals.‎
• Utilize Automation Frameworks: Design and maintain scalable, reusable, and efficient ‎automation using modern frameworks for diverse communication systems.‎
• Test Coverage and Reporting: Ensure comprehensive test coverage across all features and ‎platforms. Provide detailed, actionable test reports and quality metrics.‎
• Collaborate with Engineering Teams: Work closely with software developers, product ‎managers, and system architects to identify automation needs and ensure seamless ‎integration of QA practices.‎
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Implement tools and best practices to enhance test ‎automation, performance, and reliability.‎
• Innovate in Testing Complex Systems: Develop testing strategies for parallel communication ‎channels and failover scenarios.‎
  
  

• Experience: 4+ years of experience in QA automation‎
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of automation frameworks, advanced tools and ‎methodologies. Python is a plus.‎
• Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with communication protocols, mobile networks. UAV industry ‎experience is a plus.‎
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex systems and design robust test strategies ‎for multi-modal connectivity solutions.‎
• Tool Proficiency: Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and test ‎management tools.‎
• Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.‎
