Assistant Controller

IDE Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and talented Assistant Controller to join our dynamic Finance department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze quarterly and annual financial reports for the assigned subsidiary.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of financial statements for the subsidiary.
• Provide ongoing accounting support to the subsidiary.
• Collaborate directly with the subsidiary’s CEO to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
• Manage local taxation matters for subsidiaries, including tax report preparation and compliance with local tax regulations.
• Establish and implement accounting policies and procedures in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Prepare managerial and analytical financial statements.
• Participate actively in the annual financial budget process.
• Participate in Board of Directors meetings quarterly

Reports to: Senior Controller

Location: Kadima (On-site)

Requirements:

• CPA – a Must
• Big 4 experience – a Must
• Proven knowledge and experience with IFRS – a Must
• Work experience within a global company – Advantage
• English – full proficiency
• Microsoft Office – full proficiency
