Construction Group Technical Assistant - Temporary Position

The Construction and Design team at Mobileye is a dynamic group of project managers responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction, planning, and design across our global sites. As a Technical Assistant your responsibilities will revolve around supporting the team with drawing, planning, and space optimization. You will work closely with the Allocation Manager and construction and design project managers to ensure that all modifications and updates are accurately reflected and aligned with Mobileye’s standards.

This is a temporary position for six months.

What will your job look like?

• Draw and modify floor plans and building layouts in Revit and AutoCAD, based on the latest project requirements and specifications.
• Assist the Allocation Manager in offering innovative ideas for space management and utilization, ensuring they meet Mobileye's operational and strategic goals.
• Coordinate with multiple teams, including design, construction, and management, to ensure smooth workflow and integration of project details.
• Report directly to the Group Manager, providing regular updates and progress reports on all related tasks.
• Gather and integrate all Mobileye sites into the Revit environment, ensuring data is properly integrated into Mobileye’s internal systems.
  
  

• Final-year student or Bachler degree in Design/Architecture/ P. Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, with experience in architectural and construction drawings.
• Strong understanding of space management and space utilization techniques, with the ability to implement innovative ideas.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work across departments and collaborate with various teams.
• Knowledge of integrating design systems and workflows with internal management platforms.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced work environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach.
