GRC Lead

Responsibilities:

Leading and managing the banking service bureau cyber and security standards, and Compliance processes: Certifications, Accreditations, and administrative controls.

Desired Experience Range

3+ years

Must-Have

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Solid knowledge of information security principles and practices.
• Knowledge of risk management frameworks and industry best standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, privacy frameworks, SOC1, SOC2, PCI-DSS, Bank of Israel directives and local regulation
• The GRC Manager identifies and assesses potential information security risks, recommends mitigations, and helps the risk owners drive the implementation of mitigations to reduce the risk to an acceptable level.
• Lead the organization-wide compliance program, ensuring activities, processes, and procedures meet defined requirements, policies, and regulations
• Align with suppliers, internal teams like IT and application teams to ensure compliance with organizational security requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different levels of the organization
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends and characterize appropriate reports for the purpose of performing controls.
• Self-motivated, ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment, manage multiple priorities effectively and a commitment to project success.

Optional

• Ability to manage the process of Penetration testing and technical Risk assessments end to end till closure
• Technical knowledge of SOC operations, identity management and security technologies including Active Directory, IDM Solutions, SSO Solutions, ADFS, and Authentication protocols
• would be an advantage
• Experience in the Banking/Financial sector or related
• Certifications such as CRISC, CISA, CISM, or CISSP are a plus

Background

• A degree and/or Accreditation in business, finance, information Systems, risk management, cyber security, or a related field.
• Experience in a similar role
