We are looking for a Lead Bookkeeper to oversee our Bookkeeping team at Cloudinary.

As a Lead Bookkeeper, you will lead the bookkeeping team in all bookkeeping tasks, ensuring accurate and timely reporting for our entities. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and rapidly growing tech company.

Responsibilities

• Leading a team of 3 bookkeepers, making sure all bookkeeping related tasks are performed on a high quality and on time.
• Lead the bookkeeping month-end process, submitting final TB after QA for all of the group’s entities to the assistant controller
• Performing some bookkeeping tasks related to our Israeli entity, such as Israeli Financial institute reporting, including VAT, 102, 856
• Lead the bookkeeping year-end audit process, help the assistant controller and the corporate controller with audit related tasks.
• Collaborate closely with internal team members and Finance department personnel at various levels to resolve accounting-related issues and provide clear explanations.
• Continuously review and evaluate processes, identifying opportunities for enhancement and efficiency
  
  

• Certified Bookkeeper, type 3 (preferred)
• 10 years of bookkeeping experience
• Proficiency in NetSuite (preferred)
• Experience in leading bookkeeping teams (preferred)
• Strong Excel skills (preferred)
• Experience in working in a SAAS company (preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Familiarity with global vendors and related accounting processes.
• Passion for learning and adapting to new skills and technologies, with the ability to work independently
• Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
