We are looking for an ITOC Operations Specialist to join our team. The role involves managing and monitoring the bank’s IT systems and infrastructure in rotating shifts (including weekends). Responsibilities include troubleshooting incidents, coordinating system changes, and ensuring smooth operations under pressure. We seek a proactive, quick learner with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take responsibility. Requirements:
- Training and experience in the operation and monitoring of IT systems in large organizations, including TIER-1 systems and infrastructures.
- Proficiency with operating systems: Windows, UNIX, LINUX.
- Experience with central storage infrastructure, including disk controllers and switches.
- Knowledge of VM and Kubernetes infrastructures.
- Familiarity with networking infrastructures and security equipment.
- Experience with enterprise monitoring systems such as Splunk, Dynatrace (preferred).
- Cloud systems operation knowledge (preferred).
- Experience with mainframe systems (MF) (preferred).
