Cyber Training Instructor and Developer

CyberGym® is seeking a talented Cyber ​Training Instructor and Developer to craft engaging programs that equip our customers with the skills and knowledge to defend against cyberattacks. You'll collaborate closely with our team of software engineers, cyberattack specialists, and other IT security professionals to ensure your programs are effective and up to date.M

ain tasks and responsibilities will include:D

• esign and develop comprehensive cyber training programs, modules, and learning materials, incorporating advance learning principles and best practices.I
• dentify and assess the organization's cybersecurity training needs and gaps.U
• tilize various instructional methods, including simulations, case studies, hands-on exercises, and eLearning modules, to cater to diverse learning styles.E
• valuate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and adjust as needed.S
• tay up to date with the evolving cyber threat landscape and incorporate the latest trends and tactics into training content.C
• ollaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and technical depth of training materials.D
• evelop and implement effective assessment strategies to evaluate learner comprehension and program effectiveness.W
• rite clear, concise, and engaging training content, tailored to different audiences and learning styles.S
• tay informed about the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and best practices.L
• eading and managing the training development timeline from a-z. P
• erform as key lecturer of the instructional part of the training process. c
• onduct comprehensive Train-the-Trainer sessions to equip other trainers with the necessary knowledge, skills, and techniques to deliver high-quality cybersecurity training programs effectively.L

kills & Experience:M

• inimum of 2-3 years of experience developing and delivering training programs, preferably in cybersecurity.S
• trong understanding of cybersecurity principles, concepts, and threats.E
• xperience with learning management systems (LMS) a plus.E
• xperience developing eLearning modules a plus.I
• n-depth understanding of cybersecurity concepts, threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigation strategies.E
• xcellent written and verbal communication skills.E
• xcellent instructional design skills, including the ability to develop engaging and effective training materials.A
• bility to collaborate effectively with subject matter experts and other stakeholders.S
• trong analytical and problem-solving skills.B
• achelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Instructional Design, or a related field is a plus.A
• bility to adapt to different learning styles and audience levels.A

• roven experience in facing clients in large enterprises, defence industries and government organizations worldwide.A
