The goal of the Data Quality team is to provide an ongoing snapshot of the performance of our models. This is achieved by planning and executing projects that raise the quality standard of our products and packages. In addition, the team creates gold data for model development (training and testing) and conducts error analysis for newly developed models. We collaborate with Product, R&D, Customer Success and Ops, and Data Science teams.

As a Data Quality Specialist, you will

• Manually investigate businesses via online sources in order to answer insurance questions and aggregate all data points into an answer to the asked question. Make logical leaps if necessary and be creative!
• Perform data tagging and validation in order to test the quality of our machine learning models, make recommendations for needed improvements
• Test the product as a whole from a customer's perspective - review businesses across multiple models
• Detect patterns and generate interesting insights from raw data and communicate your findings in a clear way
• Work with large datasets and multiple data points, conduct analysis to reach bottom-line conclusions
• In order to do your job, you will learn to use Planck’s system and understand how our models are built
  
  

• Relevant experience as a Data Analyst from your military service - Advantage
• Passion for solving and deconstructing problems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Basic knowledge of Excel
• Excellent teamwork skills
• Strong self-learning skills and a can-do approach
  
  

• Basic knowledge of statistics
• Knowledge of Python or other coding languages
