ADAS Algo Execution Manager

The ADAS Algo group is looking for an Execution Manager.

We see an Execution Manager as an individual who makes things happen. Someone who can take on a cross-team project and guide, solve issues, and lead by example.

This role is for someone willing to get their hands 'dirty' technologically and step in for people where needed. Someone who can, and will, take ownership of the deliveries of the department in the agreed-upon time and quality. Someone who will help the team to determine the definition of "done" for the product, with input from key stakeholders.

Mostly someone who will help the team avoid or remove impediments to its progress, whether internal or external to the team.

What will your Job look like:

• Acting as a bridge between various algorithm teams and supplier teams- primarily data suppliers- you will engage daily with developers, product managers, project managers, engineers, and others.
• Ensure that information flows effectively, focus and priorities are maintained, and any issues are resolved promptly- often with your direct involvement.
• Your role will be to stay focused from start to finish, think creatively to find solutions, and guide all team members toward successfully achieving the defined goal.
  
  

• B.Sc . in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Experience in direct or a cross-team management role.
• Experience in leading activities and efforts in an organized development environment.
• Proactive and results-oriented.
• Excellent communication and management skills.
• Out-of-the-box thinking and outstanding problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience with Jira -advantage.
• Fluent in English and Hebrew.
