The opportunity:

The Business Strategy analyst will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of the Global Network & Product Strategy (GNPS) team by providing data-driven, insightful and accurate analyses to support all strategic decisions making of the Teva's Global Operations (TGO) Network.

How you’ll spend your day:

With a combination of both financial & strategic analyses, you will:

Strategic & Operational analyses:

• Perform accurate, measurable and insightful data-driven analyses for the GNPS team, based on one of the biggest databases in the organization, combining data from almost every other system in Teva (based on excel and SAP BI)
• In addition, lead exciting deep strategic analyses, requiring deep understanding of the manufacturing and supply chain business of Teva and collaboration with other team members, to drive decisions making by Teva's top management
• Take charge of charting new processes and ways of working to support said decisions
• Financial analyses, KPIs & PMO, Storytelling:
• Develop deep understanding in TGO's financials in order to perform figures-driven Business Cases together with finance counterparts in support of all decisions making
• Manage a set of financial and operational KPIs (CPU, Utilization) together with key stakeholders in Teva (Sites, Finance, Portfolio, etc.) and report progress to management
• Take a leading part when examining strategic opportunities for the company by working closely with group leaders to provide them with insights and support as PMO if needed
• Create strategic decks and slides, presenting the story "behind the strategy" to drive decision-making by top management
• Operational BI Integration & Administration
• Lead the operational aspect of the team's BI system (SAP BI) in collaboration with IT (who are responsible for technical aspects), organizing data from vast number of sources to provide most accurate analyses, tied to the future of the company
• Expand and improve on the group's DB (excel) and BI (SAP BI) to drive constant success and traceability of all decisions making
• Work closely with IT to ensure system and data integrity

Your experience and qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related field - must
• Previous experience in Supply Chain or Operations, including working with data (ERP & excel) – big advantage
• Proven experience in performing excel-based data analyses and data integration - advantage
• If no previous experience, exceptional academic achievement - must
• Demonstrates a strong ownership attitude and is highly self-motivated; willing to take ownership of completing tasks in difficult situations
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams across different business units. Very good spoken and written English is a must.
• Very quick learner, able to adapt to changing situations and requirements and work on multiple subjects simultaneously
• Data driven, with excellent analytical and problems solving skills
• Very high presentation skills and storytelling
