Experienced Bookkeeper

Responsibilities:

• Monthly/quarterly and yearly-end closings
• Record AP invoices and reimbursement of employee’s travel and expenses reports
• Reconciliation of all BS accounts and preparation of WP, including but not limited to: banking, customers, vendors, FA, accruals, prepaid expenses etc'
• Payments to vendors and government institutions globally
• Bank & Credit card reconciliations
• Perform extensive reviews of the externally prepared accounts and resolve discrepancies as they arise
• Coordinate with internal team members and functional group members at various levels to provide explanations and resolve issues relating to accounting entries
• Continuously review processes to identify areas for improvement
• Serve as a point of contact, helping associates with queries related to purchase requisitions, and as a point of contact of accounts payable (AP) processes

Requirements:

• Bookkeeper type 2 
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a bookkeeper
• Knowledge in NetSuite- advantage
• English (writing and speaking) - high level
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with global vendors
• Passion for quick learning and applying new skills and technologies
• Highly motivated with an ability to demonstrate creative problem-solving and analytical skills within a fast-paced and challenging environment
