Role Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Information Security Officer (CISO]/Cyber Security Specialist to join our team. This full-time hybrid role involves leading cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring business continuity, and developing robust security strategies to protect organizational assets. Based in Be'er Sheva, this position offers flexibility for remote work when necessary.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in system architecture, incident response, malware analysis, penetration testing, and Managed Detection and Response (MDR). In addition, a deep understanding of how to integrate and secure complex systems is critical, as the CISO will play a pivotal role in building and securing scalable cybersecurity frameworks within the organization and for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage system security architecture and integrations to ensure a secure IT infrastructure.
- Oversee incident response efforts, analyze malware, and implement solutions to mitigate security risks.
- Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies that address organizational and system-specific security needs.
- Manage and optimize MDR systems to proactively detect, respond to, and mitigate threats in real-time.
- Lead penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, and oversee application security measures.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and risk management practices.
- Provide guidance to startups and enterprises in building robust and secure system architectures.
- Mentor and lead the security team, promoting a culture of vigilance, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure security strategies align with overall business objectives.

Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with system security architecture, integration, and management.
- Proficiency in incident response, malware analysis, penetration testing, and MDR.
- Strong background in cybersecurity, information security, and application security practices.
- Expertise in system design, infrastructure management, and securing complex environments.
- Experience developing and executing comprehensive security strategies.
- Deep understanding of risk management and compliance best practices.
- CISSP, CISM, or CISA certification is a plus.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field.
