As the Community Manager, you will lead our community-building efforts with enthusiasm and initiative. You will be responsible for creating a lively atmosphere that encourages member engagement and partnership development while championing our brand's values. If you’re an energetic self-starter with a background in media training and a strong passion for community engagement, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster a welcoming community by engaging with members, facilitating discussions, and organizing events that inspire collaboration.
• Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across all community platforms, ensuring alignment with our mission and values.
• Oversee the community section of our website, ensuring it is informative, user-friendly, and reflective of community needs.
• Define and track KPIs such as membership growth, engagement metrics, and partnership development to inform our community strategies.
• Create and curate engaging content that resonates with our audience, including newsletters and social media posts.
• Gather feedback from community members to refine offerings and address concerns, acting as their advocate within the startup.
• Plan and execute both online and offline community events to strengthen relationships and encourage active participation.

• Proven experience in community management or a related field, preferably in a startup environment.
• Strong communication skills with a flair for storytelling; media training is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• A positive attitude, creativity, and a deep passion for building and nurturing communities.
