We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Designer to join our team, focusing on designing user-centered solutions for complex cybersecurity applications. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to create high-quality and intuitive user experiences that align with both business goals and user needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process, from ideation to execution.
• Design user-centered solutions for complex cybersecurity applications, contributing to high-quality experiences that align with business objectives and user needs.
• Maintain and evolve the design system, ensuring a cohesive and consistent user experience across all cybersecurity products.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and other cross-functional teams to align design concepts with both technical and business objectives.
• Balance multiple design tasks effectively, with the flexibility to adapt to evolving project needs and priorities.
• Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback and technical requirements, ensuring the best possible user experience.
  
  

Skills & Background

• 3+ years of experience in product design, ideally within complex systems or cybersecurity applications (advantage)
• Proven track record of delivering high-impact, high-quality design solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience leading design projects from concept to launch and working in an agile environment
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with strong independent task management skills.
• Adaptable to shifting requirements, with an ability for multitasking and reprioritizing on the go.
• Comprehensive understanding of the product lifecycle, including research, prototyping, design, and UX review.
• High-level proficiency in English, with excellent communication skills for collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
• Creative problem solver, able to think holistically and at the same time have sharp eye for details.
• Proficiency with Figma – a MUST.
