Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Manager at Phoenix Technologies in Kfar Saba. The Product Manager will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, generating leads, and providing exceptional customer service on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Communication skills
• Account Management and Lead Generation skills
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities
• Experience in high tech industry sales working with customers and suppliers
• Bachelor's degree as Electronics Engineer / Business Administration or related field
• At least 3 years experience selling electronics components is MUST
• English - High level
