Senior Technical Writer

A high tech company in Petah Tikva that deals with e-commerce solutions is looking for a skilled and passionate Senior Technical Writer to join their growing product team and elevate their product documentation to the next level. As a technical writer, you will be responsible for documenting their software product capabilities, ensuring seamless product integration, and supporting their ongoing growth.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, QA, and solution architects to create and maintain customer-facing, web-based documentation.

- Become an expert in their various domains, products, and solutions.

- Understand the material from a customer’s perspective and produce clear, concise, and accurate software documentation.

- Apply and improve style guides, templates, procedures, and standards to enhance documentation quality.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience documenting software products, Rest API, SDK, and UI in a global B2B company.

- Strong analytical and written communication skills.

- Ability to quickly learn and translate complex technical concepts into clear, understandable content.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Experience with tools such as Confluence, Paligo, Readme, SharePoint, Office, Adobe Acrobat, Jira, XML, markdown, JavaScript, and graphic tools.

- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, can-do attitude.

- High sense of ownership and accountability.

- Familiarity with eCommerce concepts is a plus.

- English at a native level
