Credit Manager for a Growing Non-Banking Credit Company

We are looking for an experienced Credit Manager to join a growing non-banking credit company. This is a key role that includes managing credit portfolios for medium-sized businesses, conducting professional underwriting, participating in credit committees, and overseeing processes from start to finish.

Job Description:

Credit Approval for Medium-Sized Businesses: Analyze financial statements, assess risks, and evaluate creditworthiness.

Manage Credit Portfolios: Monitor ongoing accounts, identify potential risks, and provide tailored solutions.

Participate in Credit Committees: Present cases and support decision-making processes.

Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Engage with existing clients and open opportunities with new ones.

Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work with legal and operations departments to offer optimal solutions.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure processes align with relevant regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Economics or Business Administration (Master's degree is a plus).

Proven experience in underwriting and managing credit for medium-sized businesses.

In-depth knowledge of the non-banking credit industry and relevant regulations.

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to conduct in-depth analysis.

Full proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
