Role Description

The white collar and administrative enforcement department at our firm specializes in providing legal support to companies and individuals in complex criminal and administrative proceedings in the areas of economic and commercial law.

The department's work includes case management such as: violations of the securities laws in the field of reporting, insider trading, investor fraud, stock runs, violations in the field of the capital market, environmental protection and more. In addition, the department represents clients in civil-commercial cases in the area of ​fraud, both in the local and international arena. The department has unique expertise in providing legal support to Israeli clients involved in complex procedures in the aforementioned fields in the USA and Europe.Q
