Artificial Intelligence Manager

Unit description:

The IT Digital and Technology unit is responsible for Artificial Intelligence products development, including data manipulation, modeling, and leveraging open-source and low-code technologies.

The unit focuses on building predictive and data mining models, conducting comprehensive analyses, and driving innovation in Data Science.

It collaborates with Digital development, infrastructure and CISO units on cybersecurity impacts and leads operations in Data Science, AI/ML, and digital asset creation.

Additionally, the unit supports digital product development, including UI/UX improvements, performance, capacity, and licensing management, and ensures efficient root-cause analysis for digital products.

What will your responsibilities be?

- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and advance the AI digital applications team.

- Process Efficiency: Implement efficient work processes to deliver and iterate quickly.

- Resource Planning: Plan and budget activities, ensuring compliance and collaboration.

- Solution Design: Ensure solutions align with technological trends, strategy, and user experience.

- Standardization and Maintenance: Oversee standardization, code maintenance, and knowledge retention in AI/ML development.

- Technological Advancement: Lead the adoption of new methodologies and technologies.

- Application Development Support: Guide the implementation of innovative tools and optimize work processes.

- Performance Measurement: Continuously measure and improve team and supplier performance.

- Project Monitoring: Oversee key projects, especially those at risk or critical to success.

- Problem Escalation: Handle escalations to resolve complex issues.

- Quality Assurance: Maintain QA routines.

What are we looking for?

- Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering (Information Systems), or a related field.

- Minimum 5 years in software development.

- Minimum 5 years in AI and Machine Learning: Data collection, data preprocessing, data analysis, ML algorithms, data modeling (generative AI – advantage).

- Mandatory - programming languages knowledge (Python / R) including AI frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.

- Minimum 2 years in development team management.

- Deep knowledge of IT methods and procedures (e.g., Project Management, SDLC).

- Proven experience in solution engineering.

- Proven experience in customer interaction (FSD creation, Users Acceptance Tests, etc).

- advantage - Big Data Technologies: knowledge of big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, and distributed computing frameworks.

- Fluent in English.
