Embedded SW Tech Lead (Or Senior)

We're looking for a Senior Embedded SW Engineer or Embedded SW Tech Lead to lead core development projects. This is a 100% hands-on role, perfect for experienced developers who want to take their expertise to the next level and grow into team leadership.

What You'll Do:

- Gather requirements from the Product Team and plan sprints

- Lead sprint execution, ensuring high-quality delivery and team growth

- Contribute to the codebase — your work will directly impact our customers

- Improve team velocity, delivery, and independence

What We’re Looking For:

✅ 10+ years experience in Linux Embedded Software Development

✅ Expertise in C/C++

✅ Deep knowledge of Linux, including Yocto, Buildroot, and Debian

✅ Hands-on approach with a passion for problem-solving

✅ Experience in networking, multi-threaded applications, and source control

Bonus Skills:

- Linux Kernel

- Bluetooth, Wireless, Cellular

- Docker / Linux Containers

- CI/CD with GitLab
