Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to lead our operations team. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage a team of 4 operations specialists, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
• Handle and resolve complex customer issues related to international shipping processes.
• Streamline and optimize operational workflows to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Serve as a key liaison between customers, couriers, and internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Monitor and report on operational performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to maintain operational compliance and excellence.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the shipping, logistics, or e-commerce sectors.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Familiarity with international shipping processes and regulations is a plus.
