Development Team Lead

We are looking for a Development Team Lead to join a fast-growing software company. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a development team and manage large, strategic projects, while providing technical guidance and mentorship to developers. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, creativity, and initiative, who will be a key partner in the success and growth of the team and organization.

Required Skills:

• 5-8 years of hands-on development experience with a proven background in Python (Backend development).
• Strong experience with RESTful APIs, Linux, Microservices, and Docker.
• Experience in system architecture design and deployment.
• Experience in building and automating environments (Linux, Containers).
• Frontend experience with Vue.js or React.
• Ability to manage a team of developers and provide technical direction.
• Recruitment experience and the ability to evaluate, train, and mentor developers.
• Creative problem-solving – a "can-do" approach, ability to see the bigger picture and offer unique solutions.
• Willingness to work in a hands-on capacity when needed.
• Collaboration with the Tech Lead to ensure smooth project execution.
