Job Description:

A leading company in the field of high-tech training and education is seeking a Training Program Manager with a strong background in software development. The role involves overseeing training programs for tech professions, marketing the training courses, promoting candidates to the industry, and assisting them with job placements. The manager will lead training initiatives, market both the courses and candidates, and help graduates secure employment in the high-tech field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate training courses in tech fields (Software Development, Cybersecurity, AI, etc.).
• Develop content and provide guidance to candidates pursuing high-tech careers.
• Market training programs to potential candidates through digital campaigns, social media, and collaborations with tech companies.
• Create partnerships with high-tech companies and industry employers to ensure successful placements.
• Promote and brand candidates to potential employers, providing personal coaching and job-matching services.
• Support candidates in their job search, including interview preparation, resume writing, and one-on-one career counseling.
• Manage a team of instructors and mentors, providing guidance and leadership.
• Collaborate with placement agencies and corporate clients to integrate candidates into the high-tech workforce.
• Develop assessment frameworks to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.

Job Requirements:

• Mandatory: Strong background in software development and deep tech knowledge.
• At least 3 years of experience in marketing, sales, and promoting tech training programs.
• Experience coaching and guiding candidates toward securing high-tech roles.
• Proven project management skills, especially in the tech training sector.
• Strong ability to lead marketing and promotional efforts to attract new clients in the training space.
• Experience in digital marketing and creating paid campaigns.
• Sales experience with the ability to influence and achieve results in a competitive market.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with teams and candidates effectively.
• Strong goal-setting skills and the ability to meet targets.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Tech-related degree (Software Development, Information Systems, or similar fields).
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and advanced tech tools.
• Experience working with high-tech companies or in tech training.
