Patent Paralegal

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Intellectual Property Paralegal to join our paralegal team. As an Intellectual Property Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our intellectual property practice by assisting attorneys and clients in various IP-related matters. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic legal environment and contribute to the protection and management of our intellectual property assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation and filing of patent anddesign applications in Israel and internationally.
• Conduct searches and prepare reports on IP rights and legal status.
• Manage deadlines and track the status of IP portfolios to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Communicate with clients, local agents, and international offices regarding IP-related matters.
• Draft correspondence, legal documents, and formalities as needed.
• Maintain and update electronic and physical records of IP portfolios.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2-3 years as a paralegal, preferably in intellectual property or a related legal field.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in Hebrew and English (both written and verbal) is mandatory.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with IP management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and strong organizational skills.
• Interpersonal Skills: Team-oriented with excellent communication and client-service abilities.
