About the Job

Are you an experienced developer passionate about leading teams and delivering impactful software solutions? We’re seeking a Full Stack Team Leader to guide our talented developers and contribute to the architecture, development, and delivery of cutting-edge solutions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a management or team leadership role.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in software development with a focus on:
• React Native for mobile app development.
• Node.js and TypeScript/JavaScript for backend and API development.
• Working with databases.
• Experience with AWS & GCP services (e.g., Lambda, S3, API Gateway, CloudWatch).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and containerization.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies like Scrum.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of serverless architecture and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform).
• Experience in managing QA processes and ensuring robust testing standards.
• Familiarity with blockchain or tokenized ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 5 developers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Plan and deliver projects using agile methodologies, ensuring they align with business objectives.
• Architect and develop scalable solutions using React Native, Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Leverage AWS cloud services to build secure, reliable, and efficient systems.
• Design and maintain databases using SQL and MongoDB for optimal performance.
• Oversee DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.
• Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and ensure best practices across the team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define goals, timelines, and deliverables.
